Startup Sound Windows 10
I enabled 'WindowsLogon' via the registry by setting 'ExcludeFromCPL' to 0. I then went to 'Control Panel/Sound/Sounds' and set the 'Windows Logon' sound to a.wav file of my choosing. I clicked 'Apply'and then clicked 'Test.' The sound played perfectly.
Convert to string php. However, when Windows 10 starts, either from a restart or from a power-on start, the 'WindowsStartup' sound plays but the 'WindowsLogon' sound does not play. I wentback to 'Control Panel/Sound/Sounds' and once again tested the 'WindowsLogon' sound. Once again it played perfectly. Why does it not play when I log on? I ran the commands and they completed successfully without any problems reported (see screenshot below). I then restarted my computer. The startup sound played but the logon sound did not.
You are running Windows 10 Enterprise. I am runningWindows 10 Home. Might that be a factor? I would think not.
When I Googled this issue I noticed that a number of people are having the same problem so I'm not sure if it is my machine that is at fault. I am also providing a screenshotof my computer information.
