  1. Fallout 4 Marine Mod

Fallout 4 offers you a multitude of options of interfering with the game world, not only when it comes to modifying and upgrading your gear. You also receive the power armor, which you can adjust to your current needs.

In the game world, there are places where you can play an engineer and design an entire settlement from scrap. Below, we present the build of a character, for whom crafting and modifying are the most important activities. StatisticsYou receive 21 points to distribute. Your character statistics should be as follows:Strength4Perception4Endurance2Charisma6Intelligence8Agility3Luck1Recommended perksThe majority of the recommended perks revolve around creating or modifying weapons. One of the most important perks here is the Scrapper and it allows you to salvage items for valuable components. Without this perk, it is difficult to build something more advanced. Apart from the perks mentioned below, it is also a good idea to add several points to your combat-oriented skills.

Instead of lifting the Fallout 4 protag out of the Vault, the Vault Door fucks up, and launches the protag into space, where it will fly through space and land on Cadia in the 41 millennium. The Protag, will land in a random Kasr, where they are promptly recruited into the Imperial Guard. They appoint it as an armorer and logistics person. Which is really useful, because for some reason they have a room full of Fallout tech and every example of personnel-level weapons platforms(this means Power Armor, Combat Armor, Riot Armor, Bozaar, Service Rifle, Plasma Weapon, etc).

There's also an STC that will produce random gear marked with a legendary modifier once every 24 hours; this has been expanded to equipment of the Imperium as well as Fallout Gear. This device is under the watch of a taskforce made of Inquisitorial Agents, AdMech Techpriest, and Arbites Agents. The general goal of the Protag will be to survive. Its actual goal is to bum around the Imperium, and build impossible settlements, establish super powered robot piloted supply ships, and be a one man exterminatus to anything that gets in his way.TL RFallout Protag drops into Cadia, with a fully-stocked armory that also spawns random legendries. Its job is to make the Imperium a better place.

Its other job is to be OP and smash/shoot/charm whatever gets in its way. Its job is to make the Imperium a better place. Its other job is to be OP and smash/shoot/charm whatever gets in its way. He dies quickly. Fallout gear just isn't in the same as WH40K stuff.

Marine

Example: WH40K Lasgun weaponry blows off limbs of Orks with a single shot. Fallout laser weaponry is used as police gear for crowd control.Only the Fat Man would be of considerable firepower. And maybe the principles behind Gauss weaponry may be found interesting by some folks in the Mechanicum, since the Imperium seems to lack electromagnetic-powered weaponry, so they might find use for that.I suppose that Warhammer would find use for some of the random stuff that the STC drop that has the 'Medic's' legendary prefix - while in Fallout 4 my Medic's Flamethrower/Rocket Launcher is of negligable use, in Warhammer it could be of great help to the guardsmen and astartes to keep them alive by soaking them in healing flames and explosions. Fallout laser and plasma weapons do occasionally turn targets into piles of ash/goo. If you calc from this you get some pretty impressive numbers, but that's very high end calcs, plus I don't think it's going to displace the lasgun.Power armour probably attracts some interest, not as a replacement for Astartes PA but as a relatively cheap and available for unenhanced troops.I think the thing that'd attract the most interest would be Fallouts drugs and stim packs. 40k does have some very potent combat drugs but almost all have very hefty drawbacks.

Fallout drugs on the other hand don't really have major problems. Things like mentats were widely used pre-war without much in the way of stigma. An injectable healing booster would always be appreciated and combat drugs like Jet could be very useful for penal legions or similar disposable troops. The protectrons flat out said 'lethal force authorized' when they go laser happy (over people not wearing hard hat in a factory, or not having sub way token in a subway).Fallout laser got feats so insane that people rejected them on the basis of no proper after effect was portrayed. It require dozens to hundreds of megajoules, well into naval weapon level, to incinerate a human to ash. Congratulations on receiving your new DCTA Standard-Issue Laser Pistol! Please take a few minutes to go over the guidelines posted in the DCTA Employee Handbook; Section 28.1.1.b, and reprinted below for your convenience.Section 28.1.1.b - Proper Laser Pistol UsageIt should be noted that all DCTA property should be handled with the utmost care, and used only when necessary. Maintaining personal safety during a Communist attack is a good example of proper usage of your standard issue laser pistol.

However, rodent population control is an inappropriate use and subject to disciplinary action, as noted in Section 11.3.5.cSection 28.1.1.b.1 - Maintaining Safe Conditions With the Laser PistolUsing this laser pistol in the DCTA Metro facility can be beneficial in many ways, but the operator must observe his or her surroundings before deciding to fire. The subway utility pipes often serve as conduit to transport highly flammable gasses. Firing the laser pistol in the presence of a gas leak could cause an undesired explosion and/or severe personal injury.Section 28.1.1.b.2 - Operating the Laser Pistol Within Proper SpecificationsIt is required that all DCTA Employees keep the laser pistol pulse energy, length and repetition rate within the specifications diagrammed in the Laser Pistol User's Manual. Failure to do so could result in severe reprimands from the DCTA Regulatory Committee as well as serious personal injury.

Click to expand.Fallout laser pistols being at a level of power where they can kill rodents (that is, a level of power equal to a BB gun - since the laser pistol is something you use on rats, mole rats, roaches, etc.) and being able to cause 'serious personal injury' rather than saying it outright - death (like regular firearms). So they aren't that impressive at all. Heck, if you want to use gameplay as basis for your claim, a laser pistol can't penetrate metal in fallout, as any fight in Salvatore's Bar shows, making it weaker than a reguler double-barreled winchester shotgun. Turn out it was just aiming issue, 9 perception fixed everything! I can shoot right through concrete wall and metal bunker! No, I quoted actual dialogue stating the effect and wattage for laser pistol (by a BOS veteran, a random schmuck that saw the thing in action and then the player character with energy weapon skill).

The human incineration feat was a scripted event and supported by quest and dialogues as far back as FO2. What part of that was gameplay again?

The Power Armor also survived the ArcJet engine systems test, which is a massive amount of heat, and survives lots of momentum damage from falling from several stories height. The SM's are too paranoid to ever want the SS, and the IG would be unwilling to let go of the SS from its forces.Overall war does not change, however whereever the SS goes will be well defended and the people better off- with xenos slain to ash and goo in the wake. The SS will be a legend, the mysterious stranger to the IoM planets that the SS knows in their own legend. There's going to be questions asked when the SS insta-scraps entire settlement ruins around what appears to be nothing more than steel toolboxes. Other than general xenophobia, I can't predict how the IoM reacts.

That requires narrative power outside the context of feats. The SS would succeed in this goal. As IG enter, SS is found scavenging said legendary equipment from legendary monster, covered in fleshy bits, debris and ashe. SS a veritable nightmare for the bean counters left at the Cadia armoryHow the fuck did this happen?

How the fuck did they get here? Did he just do what I think he did? Why is gear disappearing into nothing as he looks at it? Am I going to be next?
