We’ve gathered a list of the best Fallout 4 mods for PS4, PC and Xbox one with Download Link.1. Full Dialogue InterfaceSometimes your character something you completely did not intend. This is because of Fallout 4’s paraphrased dialogue system, which only gives you a rough idea of what each dialogue option is saying instead of the full line.
To avoid any confusion, and just to be crystal clear what you’re saying, The Full Dialogue Interface mod brings the game back to the Fallout 3 way of doing things. A very nice mod for players who found the inaccurate dialogue trees to be occasionally baffling. 2. Everyone’s Best Friend (Dogmeat + Companion At Same Time)Dogmeat is everyone’s favorite nuclear wasteland dog. We didn’t need to clarify that, but as a companion he can be a little underwhelming, particularly in combat. This mod allows you to have an extra companion following you and keep Dogmeat by your side.
Fallout 4 Enclave Settlement Mod
He has his benefits, but he sucks in combat. This mod allows you to keep those benefits without missing out on some helpful combat aid. 3.
Stronger DogmeatAlternatively, you could just make Dogmeat stronger in combat. This mod does exactly that. Dogmeat will no longer put out a meager 1-2 dps to your foes, he will now do 58 dps. Now there’s a Good Boy. 4. SimpleSeasonsAlthough Fallout 4 is a more vibrant game than 3, there’s no doubt that after dozens of hours in the wasteland you may start to get tired of all the greys and browns. SimpleSeasons brings some life back post-apocalypse Boston.
This mod will turn the wasteland into a snow-coated landscape, a lush and green beauty, a Summer blend of orange and yellow leaves, or an autumnal array of leaves about to fall off their trees. Be sure to download the four versions of this mod, each reflecting the four seasons, to experience the wonderful variety this mod has to offer.Download, and on PS4Download, and on Xbox One5. Any Mod Any WeaponFallout 4 limits what you can do to change and improve your weapons. Not all mods will fit on all weapons, which does make a certain degree of sense, right? This mod throws logic out of the window in the pursuit of chaos. Ever wanted to shove a Deathclaw’s hand into a boxing glove, or create a pistol that can fire cannon balls?
Then this is the mod for you. Go nuts, and see what crazy new weapons you can create with this truly sandbox mod. 6. Intimidation OverhaulIntimidating is a fun thing to do, I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks that, right? Point your gun at someone and make them do your bidding.
But it’s also pretty limited in Fallout 4. This mod adds a number of new things you can do with intimidation, such as shaking them down, putting them in handcuffs, or making them run away. A nice mod that makes intimidation a bit more interesting.8. Improved Map with Visible RoadsA neat little quality-of-life mod that adds roads to the map to help you get about a bit easier. If you prefer to stick to the roads, this mod is for you.
9. True StormsThe True Storms mod adds a bit of chaos to the wasteland and makes it feel more like a nuclear wasteland rather than just a regular old apocalypse-stricken world. This mod adds radioactive rain, heavy fog, heavier rain, dust storms, and more. 10. Take CoverThis mod overhauls the third-person combat by adding a cover system like Mass Effect or Gears of War. It lets you take cover, lean out and snap back to cover, and even vault over low obstacles.
It helps to make the third-person combat feel more dynamic and less static. A cool little mod. 11. Beast MasterAdd a little Pokemon to your Fallout with this beast-capturing mod.
Not only does this mod allow you to capture beasts and use them as companions, it also lets you customize them and dress them in armor, put trackers on them so you don’t lose them, manage their happiness by feeding them treats, and more. There’s plenty of powerful creatures in the wasteland, why not use them to your advantage? 12. Alternative StartTired of the same old start? Played Fallout 4 several times and looking for a different and quicker way to start the game? Alternative Start allows you to start as someone other than the Vault Dweller. Start as a citizen of Good neighbour, a raider or merc for hire, a passenger aboard a sinking ship, a member of the Church of Atom, and more.
13. OCDecoratorThis neat little quality-of-life mod makes it easier to place objects onto other objects, making it much easier to decorate your settlements and keep things looking nice and tidy. A must-have if you’re into the building stuff in this game. 14. Lowered WeaponsIt may not bother everyone, but personally, I always found it a little weird when your character talks to people with his/her gun pointed at them always felt unnecessarily menacing.
This mod gives you the option to lower your weapon and quit being such a jerk. 15. Legendary ModificationsThis mod allows you to expand your weapon modding to the next level and create something truly powerful. Create and attach an attribute from legendary weapons or armour to any weapon you want. Some of these attributes are pretty strong so experiment away and see just how powerful you can make that hunting rifle!
These are just some of the amazing mods you can get for Fallout 4 to get you started. Listing all of the good, fun, weird and interesting mods that have been made would take weeks.

I've been preemptively making the classic Mk.I Advanced Power Armor as a mod for Fallout 4 (for posterity, the enclave armor in Fallout 3 is the MK. Figure I've got enough done to post about it. I'd say I'm about 60% done, I need to wait until I can get my hands on the Fallout 4 exoskeleton model before I finalize the geometry and begin unwrapping, baking and texturing the model, and then I might need to wait for the creation kit after all thatAnyways, some work in progress:thanks to Andrius Balciunas as well, for his awesome advanced power armor art that I used for a degree of design inspiration)Apologies if this is in the wrong section, but I figured this is pretty F4-relatedPosts: 3357 Joined: Fri Oct 27, 2006 1:25 pm. I spent a lot of time looking over the power armor footage for reference and it's quite impressive the extent of detail they put into the new power armor models, so to match that quality it's been a pretty grueling foray into hard surface modeling for me.My specialty and favorite job is really texturing, this project should come to life once I can bake down all the model details and start painting and layering the textures onto it; but that won't be until after the game releases and I can get my grubby hands on that exoskeletonPosts: 3499 Joined: Sun Aug 19, 2007 5:49 am. Yeah, I don't really are too much if there's already an old-school Enclave Power Armor model included in Fallout 4 - this one still looks pretty good, and your model has plenty of differences between the on in-game.
And I'm guessing that will only grow as you start texturing it.Are you planning on just doing this, or other armor sets? Some Tesla or Hellfire armor would be right up my alley, and I'm really excited to see what modders do with just the basic layered armor system.Posts: 3409 Joined: Thu Jun 22, 2006 10:02 pm. The one in the game is likely a retcon of the MK.II APA that's in Fallout 3. As I said, the one seen in Fallout 2 is the MK.I.
Just from my own observations, the X-01 lacks the asymmetrical helmet design that the MK.I has, and the helmet is quite a lot more compact. On the left side of the forward-facing helmet the has a large hose going into the cranium, and a large corrugated hose that come round the side of the helmet and goes into the 'cheek', and on the right side cheek it has a cylindrical HEPA filter, and the right side cranium has twin hoses that wrap around the side. The on the other hand, has mirrored symmetrical hoses on either side of the helmet, has no cylindrical hepa filter in the cheek, and no hoses going into the 'cheek' of the helmet. The reason I find this relevant is because the other power armor designs are perfect to almost every detail. It's confirmed by Protector Casdin that the was the enclave model featured in Fallout 3, the Mark I, as it was seen in Fallout 2 (and Fallout: New Vegas) was not featured in Fallout 3, so the only assumption to be made is the MK.I was effectively phased out by the time the Enclave reached the east coast. It wouldn't make sense that there was no mention or sighting of the Mark I in Fallout 3 on the east coast, and then suddenly in Fallout 4 the Mark II (that was ubiquitous in Fallout 3) is gone and only a retcon of the Mark I remains, even though it had no presence on the east coast in Fallout 3. So unless there's a MK.II armor we haven't seen yet, it just wouldn't make sense that the X-01 is anything but a renamed and retconned Mark.II.This is all extremely convoluted I'll admit but nonetheless I'll make 2 implementation versions just to give options on how people want it to coincide with lore.Posts: 3337 Joined: Sat Jul 29, 2006 11:22 pm.
I hope you don't feel like I'm crapping on the work you've put into this. It looks wonderful. I see what you're talking about as far as differences go. My internal logic is simply that Bethesda usually doesn't retcon their stuff (as far as I know) without some sort of BS explanation (like the Dragonbreak from TES). I had always assumed that the MK I armor was (lorewise) a superior armor that the Enclave just couldn't feasibly manufacture anymore.I guess what I'm trying to say is that there's a chance you'll encounter an 'oh crap' moment when the armor you're putting a ton of effort into designing will already be in the game, but look different from what you made. Considering the work you did looks fantastic, scrapping it would be a waste if what I'm saying ends up occurring.Posts: 3566 Joined: Wed Jul 25, 2007 1:20 am. Ah, no worries, if it's worst case scenario and the X-01 is a retcon of the Mk.I APA then I'll just shift this towards being a 'classic' model replacer of sorts.
Hopefully that's not the case, but in either outcome I can shoehorn it in somewhereAlso to answer the earlier question about the armor opening, yeah I've accounted for all the seams and joints, though I definitely need that exoskeleton before I can finalize a lot of the careful little detailsPosts: 3358 Joined: Sat May 12, 2007 3:10 am.
